We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land the Birri-Gubba Juru people and pay our respects to the elders past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Indigenous Australia.

      Dear parents,
The days are quickly flying past and it will be a very busy end of term ! Please ensure that you keep up to date with all the important events that are happening in the last three weeks.

      Staffing Update
With great sadness we will be saying goodbye to Mrs Kalah Totorica next year. Kalah has been a very vital member of the St Colman’s School community. Kalah was a very active President of the CSP from 2019 - 2021. During her time a new uniform was designed and many very successful fundraising events occurred (she may have even been on my interview panel when I was employed!)

Kalah has been a very vital member of the Year 3/4  teaching team. Her dedication to her work and performance has been outstanding.

We wish Kalah and her family all the best on their new adventure down south.

      Support Officer position

A position for another support officer in 2024 will commence this week. Information regarding this position can be found on https://www.tsv.catholic.edu.au/careers/

      Class Structure for 2024

Unfortunately due to funding and staffing issues I am unable to announce the class structures for 2024 yet. This will be sent out next week through Compass.

      Harvest Festival

      CSP Thank you

On behalf of the school community I would like to thank our CSP for all their work over the year. It has been wonderful to not only have fundraising events but also just community related events.

The CSP raised over $11,000 from the recent Deb of the Year. This money will be used to purchase new refrigerated bubblers and water bottle filling station. This will hopefully be deliverd over the holidays.

A big thank you to all the parents that helped time keep on the day and also to everyone that came and cheered on our swimmers. A huge thank you to Mrs Vass and Mrs Gibson for organising the carnival. You are amazing !
